How much will delivery cost?
Our standard carriage charge to UK mainland addresses is £8.95
Additional costs may apply for delivery to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Mann. If you live in one of these areas, please contact us for a quotation.
Can I pay for my goods on delivery?
No, all goods must be payed for prior to delivery.
Can I collect my paint from your store?
Yes you can. Ensure that you select the “Store Collection” method during checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready for you to collect.
How long will delivery take?
Your order will normally be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt.
Can I arrange for my order to go to another address other than my own?
Yes, just fill in the different desired address in the shipping address. Please note: we only deliver within the UK.
What if the product that I order is out of stock?
If any of the products that you have requested are out of stock, you will be notified within 24 hours.
Can I return my order?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns through Royal Mail or other carrier services. If you have any problem with your order please contact us by phone on 01837 55565. If your goods are found to be damaged on delivery please notify us by email within 24 hours.
