What types of payment does Poshpaint accept?

Poshpaint accepts orders with most major debit and credit cards, solely through our online ordering system.


How do I know that my card details are safe?


All information you provide to Poshpaint, including credit card information, is encrypted onto our secure server. This encryption process converts the information you enter into bits of code  
which can be securely transmitted over the internet. Shopping online with Poshpaint is completely secure and protected against fraud.


Can I pay for my goods on delivery?


No, all goods must be payed for prior to delivery.


Ordering & Delivery


How do I know that my order has been received?


Once you have submitted your order you will be sent an order confirmation e-mail that contains your unique order number.  
This number should be used in reference to any queries or problems that you have.


What if the product that I order is out of stock?


If any of the products that you have requested are out of stock, you will be notified within 24 hours.


How much will delivery cost?


Our standard carriage charge to UK mainland addresses is 5.95.
Additional costs may apply for delivery to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Mann, please contact us for a quotation.


How long will delivery take?


Your order will normally be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt.


Can I arrange for my order to go to another address other than my own?


Yes, just fill in the different desired address in the shipping address.


Can I return my order?


Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns through Royal Mail or other carrier services. If you have any problem with your order please e-mail us at or contact us by phone on 01837 55565. If your goods are found to be damaged on delivery please notify us by email within 24 hours.


Screen Colours


Can I rely on the accuracy of screen colours when ordering my paint?


Computer monitors vary in the way they display colour, and as such we recommend  
you buy a sample pot, or use a colour card, before you make your final choice.
